When the development work was at its peak with machines gruelling and the construction workers doing heavy ground work, a bulbul quietly came and sat on a tree. She wasn’t terrified or even disturbed with the heavy noise levels and was at peace. That was the ‘zen’ moment that inspired the nomenclature.
