1. Product Authenticity & GI Compliance

  • All rasgulla are handcrafted in Puri, Odisha, adhering to traditional methods.
  • We proudly comply with the Geographical Indication (GI) tag for Odisha Rasgulla (GI No. 611).
  • While appearance may vary slightly (due to handmade nature), quality, freshness, and recipe are strictly standardized.
 
 

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed upon full payment via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
    • Stock is unavailable
    • Delivery address is incomplete/inaccessible
    • Fraudulent activity is suspected
     
  • GST (as applicable) is included in listed prices.
 
 

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • Pan-India delivery via trusted couriers (DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery).
  • Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched same day (Mon–Sat).
  • Transit Time: 24–72 hours (varies by pin code). Remote areas may take longer.
  • Packaging: Insulated boxes + chilled gel packs ensure freshness.
  • ❗ Perishable items are non-returnable once delivered (see Section 4).
 
 

4. Returns, Refunds & Damages

  • No returns for change of mind — rasgulla is a perishable, hygienic product.
  • Full refund/replacement if:
    • Product arrives leaked, damaged, or spoiled (photo proof required within 2 hours of delivery)
    • Wrong item delivered
     
  • Claims must be raised within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp/email.
  • Refunds processed in 5–7 business days.
 
 

5. Freshness Guarantee

  • Rasgulla is made fresh daily and dispatched within 4–6 hours of preparation.
  • Best consumed within 48 hours of delivery (refrigerate immediately upon receipt).
  • We are not liable for spoilage due to:
    • Delayed acceptance of delivery
    • Improper storage post-delivery
 
 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (images, descriptions, packaging design) is © [Your Brand Name].
  • Unauthorized use of photos, videos, or product concepts is prohibited.
 
 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for:
    • Delays due to courier, weather, or force majeure
    • Allergic reactions (ingredients listed on product page)
    • Indirect damages (e.g., missed gifting occasions)
 
 

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
