  • All rasgulla are handcrafted in Puri, Odisha<\/strong>, adhering to traditional methods.<\/span><\/li>
  • We proudly comply with the Geographical Indication (GI) tag<\/strong> for Odisha Rasgulla<\/em> (GI No. 611).<\/span><\/li>
  • While appearance may vary slightly (due to handmade nature), quality, freshness, and recipe are strictly standardized.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    2. <\/span>Ordering & Payment<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>
    • Orders are confirmed upon full payment<\/strong> via UPI, Credit\/Debit Card, or Net Banking.<\/span><\/li>
    • We reserve the right to cancel orders if:<\/span>
      • Stock is unavailable<\/span><\/li>
      • Delivery address is incomplete\/inaccessible<\/span><\/li>
      • Fraudulent activity is suspected<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        • Processing<\/strong>: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched same day (Mon\u2013Sat).<\/span><\/li>
        • Transit Time<\/strong>: 24\u201372 hours (varies by pin code). Remote areas may take longer.<\/span><\/li>
        • Packaging<\/strong>: Insulated boxes + chilled gel packs ensure freshness.<\/span><\/li>
